Manor Farm Cottage rates are all inclusive of:

• Lighting, electricity, central heating (oil fired)
• All bed linen and towels (excluding cot linen)
• All kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, toilet rolls, cling film, tea, coffee, sugar, etc
• Hand wash & moisturiser in kitchen and bathroom
• Welcome pack (wine, biscuits, fresh eggs, milk, home-made jam, toiletries and gift for children)
• Welcome BBQ coals
• Welcome basket of logs/coal
• Use of all children’s equipment

Bookings run Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival after 4.00pm on arrival date. Departure is by 11am.
