Located on the first floor the bathroom has a traditional slipper bath with handheld shower attachment, a large ceramic hand basin and wc.
Bath and beach towels are provided for each guest plus hand soap.
For children there are bath ducks and a slip mat, plus a toilet step stool, training seat and potty available.
Also located on the first floor, the shower room has a spacious shower cubicle with overhead shower and separate handheld attachment.
There is also a vanity unit with illuminated mirror cabinet above, a towel rail and wc.
We also have a third wc and hand basin on the ground floor.
The main garden is the perfect place to take it easy and looks out onto the cottage lane and down the garden to the play area.
Relax on the patio and enjoy al fresco meals at the table with seating for six with a chiminea to keep it warm in the evenings.
A BBQ and charcoal is available and is stored in the log shed.
Children will enjoy the swing and slide combo or spend hours bouncing on the 8ft trampoline with enclosure or running around the large lawn area.
To the right of the house a second smaller garden with fruit trees is sheltered and perfect for relaxing in the sun with comfortable outdoor chairs, sun loungers and tables.
There is also an open log shed for storage of logs, charcoal and the barbecue, and a separate garden shed with outdoor equipment and toys.
